Rush University awards $25 million contract to Siemens

Viking expects record sales of $3.0 million for quarter ended March 31, 2011

New fat is needed to clear old fat from the system

Researchers at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis have found that the "old" fat stored in the body's peripheral tissues - that is, around the belly, thighs or bottom - can't be burned efficiently unless "new" fat is eaten in the diet or made in the liver.

The American College of Physicians has announced that will present one of its highest honors, the Alvan R. Feinstein Memorial Award to William M.
