CTI Life Sciences announced today the first closing of its second venture capital fund ("CTI II"), with C$134 million of capital now available for investment. Debiopharm Group, a Swiss-based global biopharmaceutical group of companies with a focus on the development of prescription drugs that target unmet medical needs, including oncology and companion diagnostics, today announced it treated its first patients in a phase I study of Debio 1143 combined with Carboplatin and Paclitaxel in patients with squamous non-small cell lung cancer, platinum-refractory ovarian cancer, and basal-like/claudin low triple negative breast cancer.
