Researchers identify myostatin as potential therapeutic target for muscular disorders

Although much is known about how myostatin affects muscle growth, there has been disagreement about what types of muscle cells it acts upon. Stratatech to advance living human skin substitute tissue clinical trial with $3M funding round

Stratatech Corp., a regenerative medicine company focused on the commercialization of cell-based, tissue-engineered skin substitute products, today announced that it has closed a $3.0-million round of funding comprised of convertible notes.
