According to the resolution by the Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2011, the Board of Directors in DiaGenic ASA today allotted options to DiaGenic employees. The share options have strike price of NOK 6.00 per share, which is set based on last week weighted share price + 10%. The options have life of 4 years and can be exercised after 3 years.
ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 21,250,000 shares of its common stock and warrants exercisable for up to 10,625,000 additional shares at $0.80 per fixed combination of shares and warrants for gross proceeds of approximately $17 million.
