New research from Arizona State University, USA, uses a novel mathematical model to predict the impact of vaccination and vaccine-induced cross-protection on the B.1.1.7 variant and other SARS-CoV-2 variants circulating in the US as of June 2021. The study has been published in medRxiv* preprint server, while it undergoes peer review.
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Colorado announced this morning that it has revised medical and pharmacy guidelines and extended support services to help members in El Paso, Fremont and Huerfano counties who are directly impacted by the Black Forest, Royal Gorge, Klikus or La Veta wildfires.

The grants will allow community colleges, community-based organizations, state workforce agencies and other public entities to deliver training that leads to employment in a range of health care fields and other growing industries. With today's announcement, organizations in all 50 states have received a share of nearly $750 million in competitive grant funding made available through the Department of Labor.
