Younger parents were much less likely than older parents to say they planned to vaccinate their children and themselves against COVID-19, according to a research letter published online in medRxiv by authors at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and Ann & Robert H. A new study published Tuesday in Health Affairs suggests that nurse anesthetists' quality of work is not lower when they aren't supervised by a doctor, The Wall Street Journal Health Blog reports. "The background for this is that Medicare won't reimburse for anesthesia services unless a physician is supervising what's going on.

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) will say goodbye to its landmark Administration Building at 1001 Queen St. West in a ceremony on October 29, 2009 at 4 p.m. Demolition of the building will begin in January 2010 to make way for the next major phase of CAMH's ambitious redevelopment project, which is transforming care for Ontarians living with addiction and mental health issues.
