A new review article dissected the sites of mutation in the RBD of the Delta variant and other variants of concern and variants of alert and interest.
Improvements in motor vehicle safety have been recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as ranking among the 20th century's top public health achievements, however a recent study led by researchers in the Department of Preventive Medicine and Biometrics at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences seems to show that the improvements aren't benefiting all segments of the population equally.

Ventas, Inc. and Nationwide Health Properties, Inc. today announced that the Boards of Directors of both companies have unanimously approved a definitive agreement under which Ventas will acquire all of the outstanding shares of NHP in a stock-for-stock transaction valued at $7.4 billion, creating one of the largest publicly traded REITs and the leading healthcare REIT by equity value.
