A new study has found that it significantly and dose-dependently increases the sedative effects of alcohol and, to a lesser degree, decreases the euphoric effects of alcohol. No signals of liver toxicity were detected to date in the 1 mg group. Unexpectedly, low levels of drug activity were detected in this first cohort. The Company plans to commence dosing of the second group, 3 mg Proellex, next week.
