Smokefree Innotec, Inc. Thomas Schroepfer, CEO, announced today that the Company has executed a Joint venture agreement with a Colorado research and development corporation focusing on natural holistic and herbal medical compounds, operating out of laboratory facilities located in Colorado Springs.
