Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. announced today it is seeking to amend its existing complaint against Momenta Pharmaceuticals, Inc./Sandoz Inc. to include patent infringement of three additional patents related to the characterization of COPAXONE® (glatiramer acetate injection). Covidien plc today announced financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2014. Second-quarter net sales of $2.60 billion increased 3% from the $2.53 billion in the second quarter a year ago.
