"The model, called 'SAVE,' an acronym for 'Safer practices, Access to treatment, Voluntary counseling and testing, and Empowerment,' hopes to improve the traditional ABC model, which focused on 'Abstinence, Being faithful, and using Condoms,'" the news service adds.
