Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a leading RNAi therapeutics company, announced today the publication of pre-clinical research in the journal Molecular Therapy revealing key mechanisms related to the systemic delivery of RNAi therapeutics using lipid nanoparticles (LNPs).
Scientists in London are turning to sea sponges to help them learn more about anti-cancer drugs. Using his £106,079 grant from the Association for International Cancer Research Dr Matthew Fuchter and his team are investigating a naturally-occurring chemical found in the sea sponge.
The men who suffered horrendous reactions during a drug trial in the UK could well be facing developing cancer and other fatal diseases as a result of being poisoned in the test, and are at risk of an early death.
