Iverson Genetic Diagnostics, Inc. today announced that they will conduct a WARFARIN clinical study to assess the efficacy of gene-based testing prior to initiating warfarin anticoagulation therapy to reduce the incidence of bleeding and thromboembolic events.
The Washington Post: "The health-care legislation signed into law in March provides a major boost to community health centers: $11 billion over five years. The Washington Post: "President Obama extended Wednesday a wider range of benefits to the same-sex partners of eligible federal workers, including access to medical treatment, relocation assistance, credit unions and fitness centers. The benefits do not, however, "cover uniformed members of the military" (O'Keefe, 6/3).
