Alexza Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced today that it has reacquired the U.S. and Canadian rights for AZ-004 (Staccato® loxapine) from Biovail Laboratories International SRL, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc..
