University of Florida scientists have discovered a way to separate the neural wheat from the chaff during the process of generating brain cells for potential patient therapies.
It was December 1975. A relatively young organization called Help Hospitalized Veterans had been quietly delivering arts & crafts kits to VA and military hospitals for over four years and was about to reach a milestone – distribution of its 1,000,000th craft kit. Washington Gov. Chris Gregoire has suspended a plan for the state's Medicaid agency to stop paying for certain emergency-room visits. White-tailed deer have been observed to be susceptible to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
