DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. (NYSE: DVA) today announced results for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. Adjusted income from continuing operations attributable to DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013 was $211.0 million and $605.3 million, or $0.98 and $2.82 per share, respectively, excluding a loss contingency reserve. In addition, adjusted income from continuing operations attributable to DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. for the nine months ended September 30, 2013 excluded a contingent earn-out obligation adjustment.
