A new study presented today at EULAR 2013, the Annual Congress of the European League Against Rheumatism, shows that treatment with brodalumab demonstrates significant clinical response and an acceptable safety profile in subjects with psoriatic arthritis.
The Wall Street Journal on Saturday examined how forms that outline the medical privacy rule under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act "essentially detai[l] the many ways a doctor can use and disclose medical information - often without a patient's consent or knowledge" - and how patients who visit physician offices, hospitals and pharmacies mistakenly "assume signing somehow protects their privacy".
Del Medical, Inc. today announced they were recently awarded a Mexican tender from IMSS (Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social) for over twenty complete Del Medical DR radiographic rooms valued in excess of $2 million. Each 50kw, floor-mounted tube stand system is equipped with Del's popular EV650 elevating, four-way, float top table and bundled with a DelWorks Medical DR package. Each package includes a 14" x 17" portable flat panel DR detector with DelWorks acquisition and processing software.
