Cyclophosphamide drug can eliminate life-threatening immune response after bone marrow transplants

In some cases, Medicare may cover ambulance transportation when the patient has End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), need dialysis, and need ambulance transportation to or from a dialysis facility.
