The use of benzodiazepines and related drugs (Z drugs) is associated with a modestly increased risk of Alzheimer's disease, according to a recent study from the University of Eastern Finland.
In this post in Management Sciences for Health's (MSH) "Global Health Impact" blog, Sara Holtz, a senior technical officer at MSH, reports on the 53-page outcome document of the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20), which took place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil last week.
On July 5, 2010, Oragenics, Inc. entered into a Common Stock Purchase Agreement with the Koski Family Limited Partnership ("KFLP"), an accredited investor and the Company's largest shareholder. The entering into of the Agreement was approved by the Company's disinterested directors.
