Promising results from a study that tested a new approach for reversing Type 1 diabetes are being presented this week at the American Diabetes Association's 68th Annual Scientific Session in San Francisco.
ReVision Optics, Inc. (RVO), an ophthalmic surgical products company, recently received $35 million in capital funding. The Lake Forest, Calif.-based firm specializes in the research, development and manufacturing of custom products to correct and maintain near vision.
InterCure Ltd., a medical device company publicly traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, today announced that European Journal of Heart Failure, a peer reviewed medical journal of the European Society of Cardiology, published the results of a 72-patients, randomized, controlled study which demonstrated that device-guided respiratory modulation with RESPeRATE applied at the home setting can significantly relieve symptoms of heart failure in elderly patients.
ASEA, an emerging global leader in cellular health, today announced findings from a skin study conducted by leading dermatological research institute Dermatest. The study showed that RENU 28 skin gel effectively improves the appearance of cellulite as a result of the reduction of the size of adipose lobules. Additionally, the study showed significant improvement in skin elasticity.
