Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius on Thursday said insurers who blame their rate increases on the new health overhaul could be excluded from health insurance exchanges and the 30 million new customers they promise, The Associated Press reports. "'There will be zero tolerance for this type of misinformation and unjustified rate increases,' … Sebelius said in a letter to the insurance lobby.
The measure would allow vets to seek private care if they couldn't be seen quickly by the VA and requires an evaluation of the VA health system.
"The affected countries will have a major problem if we do not manage to control salmonella bloodstream infections with new antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin," cautions Prof Jürgen May.
Getting off the couch could lead to a longer life for kidney disease patients, according to a study appearing in an upcoming issue of the JClinical Journal of the American Society Nephrology (CJASN).
