Cumberland Pharmaceuticals Inc. announced today that data from a recent clinical trial for Caldolor® (ibuprofen) Injection, an intravenous treatment for pain and fever, will be presented at the 44th American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Midyear Clinical Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada, in December.
An international consortium of scientists, led by H. Lundbeck A/S and King's College London, has launched one of the largest ever research academic-industry collaboration projects to find new methods for the development of drugs for schizophrenia and depression.
The presence of the allergen β-Lactoglobulin (BLG) in the milk of goats and other ungulates restricts the consumption of goat's milk by humans.
Quality-of-life measures used routinely to assess treatment outcomes for patients with pancreatic disease may be used to predict both malignancy and survival for those patients, according to a study by Henry Ford Hospital.
According to research published in the Journal of General Internal Medicine, only slightly more than half of patients taking chronic medications received the recommended laboratory tests to monitor drug side effects.
