The Department of Environmental Protection today announced it is awarding nearly $2.1 million in West Nile Virus (WNV) Control Program Grants to 26 counties.
Fitness and physical exercise are among the most neglected means to improve prognosis. They are the healthiest cardiovascular intervention. Even cardiologists focus on pharmacological treatment and evaluate classical risk factors without asking about daily exercise or objective measures of physical capacity. In a recent review published in the Journal of Diabetes & Metabolic Syndrome: Clinical Research & Reviews, Luigi Santacroce and Francesco Inchingolo et al. address the many factors such as dysbiosis (imbalance in the microbiota) that could influence the SARS-CoV-2 infection course.
Researchers have identified structural brain differences that could help to distinguish patients with unipolar and bipolar depression.
