A report by the Government Accountability Office found many examples of insurance plans not complying with the health law's requirement that they separately itemize a charge for coverage of elective abortion on enrollees' bills. It is the first time a system for making an adaptable, engineered T-cell to attack specific tumor types has been proposed, depending on which abnormal proteins, called antigens, are expressed by individual patients' tumor cells.
