Dr. Reddy's Laboratories announced today that it has launched ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM TABLETS 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg and 80 mg, a bioequivalent generic version of LIPITOR (atorvastatin calcium) tablets, in the US market on July 17, 2012 following the approval by the United States Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) of Dr. Reddy's ANDA for atorvastatin calcium tablets.
Researchers at the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center have discovered that "microtentacles," or extensions of the plasma membrane of breast cancer cells, appear to play a key role in how cancers spread to distant locations in the body. Targeting these microtentacles might prove to be a new way to prevent or slow the growth of these secondary cancers, the scientists say.
In some children with acute myeloid leukemia, cancer cells have the same amount of DNA changes as healthy blood stem cells.
First, eliminate every government program that is not absolutely essential. There are many things government does that we may like but that we do not need. … For example: Repeal ObamaCare, which would save $95 billion in 2016. …Eliminate Title X family planning programs benefiting abortion groups like Planned Parenthood. … Second, return federal programs to the states where innovation, cost management and reduction of fraud and abuse can far exceed what Washington achieves. I will block grant Medicaid and workforce training, saving well over $100 billion in 2016.
