To help educate future healthcare leaders, Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc. is providing support to the American College of Healthcare Executives as a corporate donor for the Fund for Innovation in Healthcare Leadership. Toshiba is underwriting scholarships to ACHE's Executive Program over the next three years, enabling 60 healthcare executives to access education on leadership, innovation and management for the future.
According to a recent study, open learning spaces are not directly associated with the physical activity of students in grades 3 and 5, even though more breaks from sedentary time were observed in open learning spaces compared to conventional classrooms.
A recent study demonstrated increased rates of celiac disease in women who present with unexplained infertility. Published in the May-June 2011 issue of The Journal of Reproductive Medicine, the study evaluated 191 female patients presenting with infertility.
