Karolinska Institute Implementation of WHO's recommended public health policies on alcohol, unhealthy foods and tobacco has been slow globally, according to a study led by researchers at Karolinska Institute and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, published in the journal The Lancet Global Health.

And on Capitol Hill, the divide is deep and entrenched, closely tracking with political loyalties. Even as GOP leaders point to the push to stop the health law as a way to "send a signal" to the American people, Senate Dems are plotting actions of their own.
Insurance company executives tell news outlets they support the mandate to buy insurance or pay a fine, as Republicans try to refine their post-SCOTUS decision strategy.
AmeriCares and AstraZeneca have teamed to deliver critical medicines to help people living with chronic diseases throughout the United States. AstraZeneca has donated $5 million in cardiovascular and gastrointestinal medications to AmeriCares in support of its Domestic Medical Assistance Program.
