Parents of children with the most complex medical conditions are more likely to report poor or fair mental health and struggle to find community help, according to a study completed by researchers at University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) and Golisano Children's Hospital.
In this study, researchers report on the development of a monovalent lambda PLP-based vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 or MERS-Cov through decoration with the spike RBD proteins from either virus.
Alogliptin, a highly selective dipeptidyl peptidase-IV (DPP-4) inhibitor under investigation for the treatment of type 2 diabetes, demonstrated efficacy in reducing glucose levels throughout the day, in an early phase clinical study.
