In the GST revenue debate that has been on for the past few days, all states and territories except WA have already agreed to give up a third of their GST revenue to the Commonwealth from which more funds will be coming in for the national hospitals funds according to Prime Minister Kevin Rudd's plan.
"Signaling South Korea may be attempting to cool tensions with its neighbor, Seoul has vowed to actively review sending humanitarian aid to North Korea through third channels," CNN reports.
Tobacco control measures put in place in 41 countries between 2007 and 2010 will prevent some 7.4 million premature deaths by 2050, according to a study published in the Bulletin of the World Health Organization today.
