BioInvent International AB, a biotech company developing novel antibody therapeutics for treatment of cancer, today announced that the April 15, 2013 online issue of the highly prestigious cancer research journal Cancer Cell features a data publication demonstrating potent anti-cancer activity of BI-505 in multiple preclinical myeloma tumor models.

Among children and adolescents with chronic migraine, the use of cognitive behavioral therapy resulted in greater reductions in headache frequency and migraine-related disability compared with headache education, according to a study appearing in the December 25 issue of JAMA.
Researchers from Otago University's Wellington and Dunedin Schools of Medicine and Health Sciences, and Victoria University's Health Services Research Centre aim to find out what happens to patients GPs think would benefit from surgery. They will be looking at how long patients wait, who has surgery in public hospitals, who goes to private hospitals, what the costs of waiting are to patients and to the health system and what the benefits are of having surgery.
