Cadence Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced that its underwriters partially exercised their over-allotment option in connection with its previously announced public offering that priced on November 11, 2010, by purchasing an additional 1,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $8.00 per share.
