A new Danish study concludes that a quarter of the people on earth have the tuberculosis bacillus within their bodies. This disease preys on over 10 million people annually, and kills 2 million a year. It is Number 1 on the list of killer diseases, far above AIDS and other infections.

The U.S. Department of Labor today announced more than $225 million in health care and high growth training grants funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
