Stereotaxis, Inc. will highlight clinical results from the first 1,250 cases and the latest innovations for the Epoch platform, its new generation comprehensive solution for the electrophysiology (EP) laboratory, at the 33rd Annual Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) Scientific Sessions, May 9-12, 2012.
In a phase 2 clinical trial, women with small (stage 1), HER2-positive breast tumors who received a combination of lower-intensity chemotherapy and a targeted drug following surgery were highly unlikely to have the cancer recur within three years of treatment, investigators at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and other institutions report in a paper published today by the New England Journal of Medicine.
A new study led by researchers at the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center helps identify which patients with prostate cancer will benefit most from the use of prostate-specific membrane antigen PET imaging, PSMA PET, a novel imaging technique that recently was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Molina Healthcare, Inc. announced today that it has provided a low interest loan of $500,000 to help the California Childrens Academy (formerly the Los Angeles Child Care and Development Council) to pay for payroll, childcare, education and other operational expenditures that are essential to keeping the organization in operation during the State of California's budget delay.
BioPharm Asia, Inc., a producer, distributor and retailer of medical products in China, today reported its financial results for the full year ended December 31, 2009. The finalization of these results was delayed due to the February 2010 appointment of Davis Accounting Group P.C. as the Company's auditor.
