Grantham University, an online university dedicated to providing educational opportunities to working adults for nearly 60 years, announced today that it is adding four new Health Sciences degree programs to its existing degree offerings: an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Coding and Billing, a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Health Systems Management and a Master of Healthcare Administration.
SGI-DNA Inc. today announced the launch of the BioXp 3200 System Early Access Program giving researchers priority access to this one of a kind, personal DNA work station which delivers high quality synthetic DNA fragments.
Researchers from the University of Pittsburgh and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine have developed an onsite method to quickly diagnose tuberculosis (TB) and expose the deadly drug-resistant strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis that can mingle undetected with treatable strains.
GE Healthcare today announced a global partnership with Embrace to distribute a low-cost infant warmer that looks like a small sleeping bag and can help keep an infant warm for hours. This product will be distributed in India initially to improve rural infant care as an alternative to more expensive warmers.
A new poll from the Kaiser Family Foundation has found that most of the public wants deficit reduction, but they want it without cutting major social programs like Medicare and Medicaid.
