The November Journal of the American College of Radiology (JACR) examines practice management issues, ranging from the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) to quality and safety in a radiation oncology department to a look at the impact of Imaging 3.0.
A U.S. Supreme Court has decreed that the Federal Government has the power to prevent sick patients from smoking home-grown marijuana that a doctor recommended to relieve chronic pain. The 6 to 3 ruling by a divided court is a major setback for the medical use of marijuana.
Males are involved in 60 percent of all road accidents involving pedestrians yet they account for an even greater part of the injury bill, according to UNSW behavioural psychologist Dr Julie Hatfield, who conducted the study.
