But a new study by doctors at UCLA looked at five factors revolving around the primary physician's office.
The implantation of a microstent into the eyes of patients with open-angle glaucoma could remove their need to use eye drops to reduce intraocular pressure, show the 1-year results of a clinical trial.

While emergency efforts bring immediate relief to Haiti, Craig Juntunen, founder of Chances for Children, launched the "Haiti Renewal Fund" January 19. The fund, designed to assist in a fresh renewal of the devastated nation of Haiti, opens with an initial matching grant of $2 million from Jackson Hole residents Lynn and Foster Friess augmented by a subsequent $1 million from Childhelp, drawn from donations specifically designated to the fund.
Enough patients with knee osteoarthritis experience pain with neuropathic characteristics to warrant attempts to diagnose and classify these features, say researchers.
