Group Health announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent for Swedish Health Services to provide its Seattle-based hospital services starting in February 2016.
Amgen Inc. and Boehringer Ingelheim today announced they have signed an agreement under which Boehringer Ingelheim will acquire Amgen's rights in and substantially all assets at Amgen's Fremont California development and manufacturing facility.
An analysis of 10 years' worth of data on human influenza B viruses has shed new light on the pathogen which can cause the seasonal flu.
