The first implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) patients were enrolled by its coordinating clinical investigator, Prof. Dr. Dietmar Bänsch at the University Hospital of Rostock and the investigator Dr. Stefan Kuster at the DRK Hospital of Mölln/Ratzeburg.
