Today, Dutch biomedical big data company GENALICE officially launched its all-in-one appliance for Next-Gen Sequencing (NGS) data processing, the GENALICE VAULT, at the annual conference of the American Society of Human Genetics.
Both extensive psychological research and personal experiences confirm that events that happen during heightened states of emotion such as fear, anger and joy are far more memorable than less dramatic occurrences.
This week, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration launched Innovative Science and Technology Approaches for New Drugs (ISTAND), a pilot program that will help reduce and replace animal testing as part of drug development.
A new study by researchers from the University of Turku, Finland and the University of Skövde, Sweden shows that people with more peace of mind in the waking state have more positive dreams, whereas those with more anxiety in the waking state have more negative dreams.
