Researchers from the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) have analysed levels of radon, a natural radioactive gas, in 58 secondary schools in Galicia.
According to a newly released report by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW), spending on public health in Australia grew by 12.5% in 2006-07, and money spent on immunisation programs accounted for most of the increase.
First-episode schizophrenia patients have more positive and fewer negative symptoms than chronic schizophrenia patients, and are more likely to report childhood sexual abuse, a team of researchers has discovered.
