Novavax, Inc. announced today that the company has decided to discontinue negotiations in its pursuit of the previously announced collaboration with ROVI Pharmaceuticals to develop Novavax's virus-like-particle (VLP)-based vaccines against influenza in the country of Spain.
A recent study shows that patients given beta-blockers may actually be at increased risk of having an adverse cardiac event during a noncardiac surgical procedure. Risk of irregular heartbeat and worsening of symptoms in patients with existing heart disease also seemed to increase, but to a lesser degree.
On Saturday, November 21, 2009 Nashboro Village Family Dental will present our First Annual Super Talent and All-Star Show. Hosted by Lelan Statom, WTVF, NewsChannel 5, this event will benefit Operation Stand Down and one of our patients that is battling chronic childhood cancer.
