The new instrument - the second generation of Amnis' patented ImageStream® technology - combines the speed, sensitivity, and phenotyping abilities of flow cytometry with the detailed imagery, rich feature set, and functional insights of microscopy.
Survival outcomes for HPV-positive oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck have made significant gains in recent years, but new research in the February 2020 issue of JNCCN-Journal of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network finds some groups are being left behind.
Currently, only 44 percent of adults in the United States receive an annual flu vaccination. Though the rate has increased in recent years, the change has been slow and marginal.
Researchers at the Thorax Centrum Twente of Medisch Spectrum Twente and the University of Twente have recently completed their fourth major study into the application of drug-eluting stents during percutaneous coronary intervention.
