Tenet Healthcare Corporation today reported adjusted EBITDA of $268 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2010, an increase of $22 million, or 8.9 percent, as compared to $246 million for the second quarter of 2009. Net income attributable to common shareholders for the second quarter of 2010 was $25 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $15 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2009.
