Researchers assessing the impact of revised guidelines for screening mammography issued by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) found evidence that the new recommendations may lead to missed cancers and a decline in screening, according to two studies presented today at the annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA).
Nestle Waters North America on behalf of its six sparkling regional spring water brands, Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Ozarka, Poland Spring and Zephyrhills today announced the findings from its recent survey.
The National Organization for Rare Disorders and other leading disease and disabilities advocacy groups have filed an amicus brief urging the courts to protect Americans from lawsuits that would undermine protections provided by the nation's new health care reform legislation.
