Queensland Premier Anna Bligh in a new opinion poll seems to have lost the trust votes of more than 50% voters. They appear to be dissatisfied with her performance but she seems to be still a preferred leader over LNP opposition leader John-Paul Langbroek, with 40 per cent choosing Ms Bligh - a slight increase for the Labor leader.
The Center for Behavioral Neuroscience, led by Georgia State University, has received a $3.4 million grant from the John Templeton Foundation to investigate the neurobiology behind the evolution of positive emotions and prosocial behaviors, such as empathy, compassion and cooperation.
Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced that researchers are scheduled to present data relating to Soliris® (eculizumab) as a treatment for patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) during the 51st Annual Meeting of the American Society of Hematology (ASH), to be held December 5 – 8, 2009 at the Ernst N.
