Loyola University Health System will open an acupuncture clinic for men and women with pelvic health disorders this fall. Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) researchers - along with collaborators from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Alnylam Pharmaceuticals - have found a way to block, in an animal model, the damaging inflammation that contributes to many disease conditions.
Texas Biomedical Research Institute researchers, Dr. Tim Anderson and Dr. Ian Cheeseman, have partnered with researchers at the University of Notre Dame and the Center for Infectious Disease Research in Seattle to pursue studies in drug resistant malaria.
