Cadence Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted marketing approval for OFIRMEV™ (acetaminophen) injection, the first and only intravenous (IV) formulation of acetaminophen to be approved in the United States.
