Quality Systems, Inc. today announced the results of operations for its fiscal 2010 second quarter ended September 30, 2009. The Company posted record net revenues of $71.7 million in the second quarter, an increase of 22% from the $59.0 million generated during the same quarter of the prior year.
Stereotypies - repetitive behaviors such as rocking, flapping, spinning objects and head-banging – are commonly seen in people with autism or mental retardation. They can also be acquired by children exposed to severe neglect and deprivation, along with declines in IQ, mental health and language.
Computed tomography (CT) is used at a higher rate than ultrasound in children with developmental and cognitive impairments to diagnose appendicitis, even though CT scans increase radiation risk in smaller bodies.
New census data shows that for the first time since 2007, the number of Americans without health insurance declined. However, high rates of poverty persisted.
