It will be conducted, using available cash, through open-market purchases and privately-negotiated transactions of Class B shares only, in accordance with Rules 10b-18 and 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Susana R. Patton, Ph.D., ABPP, CDCES Center Director of the Nemours Center for Healthcare Delivery Science in Florida, has secured a three-year, $900,000 NIH R01 grant entitled, "Coin2Dose: Behavioral economics to promote insulin bolus activity and improve HbA1c in teens."
