University of Sydney researchers aim to help clear up conflicting dietary advice around egg consumption, as a new study finds eating up to 12 eggs per week for a year did not increase cardiovascular risk factors in people with pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes.

By using the most effective and efficient technologies and equipment, we're breaking new ground in making advanced cancer treatment affordable."
Unlike conventional cancer drugs that attack and kill cancer cells directly, anti-cancer immunotherapy, which kills cancer cells by strengthening the body's immunity, is a novel type of cancer treatment currently attracting increased attention. Unfortunately, a minority of cancer patients who have some degree of pre-existing immunity only benefit from anti-cancer immunotherapy.
Merck, known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, today announced that its New Drug Application for an investigational, tablet formulation of the company's antifungal agent, NOXAFIL (posaconazole), has been accepted for review by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Researchers have made predictions as to how the tuberculosis (TB) epidemic in Peru might progress over the next 30 years, depending on what measures are used to fight it.
